Classic Equipment Services, Inc. has the capability to handle any service eventuality. Our service technicians have formal training and years of industry experience. Standard parts are available in our service vehicles if replacement is needed and less commonly used parts can be obtained if required. Classic keeps an inventory of refurbished parts that are no longer manufactured in order to keep out of date equipment functional for as long as possible and keep replacement costs in check. Service Levels

Classic Response:

When clients want to pay only for service per call, the Classic Response level of service is ideal. When the client calls, we respond. Whether it is for a cleaning, a malfunctioning piece of equipment or combo changes we charge on a per call basis. Labor, parts and materials are billed as used.

Classic Care:

The best way to reduce undesired malfunction of your equipment is with an annual preventative maintenance service. Once a year, Classic's trained technicians will clean and test your physical security equipment and remote drive up systems. All equipment is tested for proper operation and recommendations can be made for any repair or replacement options that may be required. An annual fee is assessed for the preventative maintenance per location. Labor, parts and materials are billed as used for all other service calls. The annual cleaning of vault doors and safe deposit boxes ensures a top notch appearance for customer sensitive areas.

Classic Comprehensive:

Comprehensive care for all your physical security and remote drive up equipment. Included in an annual fee is a preventative maintenance service and all labor and parts related to normal equipment malfuction*. Clients gain efficiencies with fewer invoices to approve and process and have peace of mind knowing that their equipment is being properly maintained every year. Most importantly, annual maintenance reduces the occurrence of lockouts and equipment down time that can affect your clients' satisfaction with your service.
